The following letter, suggesting changes to the transportation language in the draft Comprehensive Plan for Reston, was sent by RCA Board member and Task Force representative Terry Maynard to the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors on February 7, 2014. The proposed changes in the letter are consistent with RCA’s previous recommendations. The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to vote on the plan on February 11.
